What is collected and why

The quote form collects your name, email address, town, property type, your message and, if you provide it, your phone number. These details are used to answer your request and prepare your quote. They are not passed to other companies without your agreement. Technical delivery of requests uses Postmark, an email service provider based in the United States, acting only on the publisher's instructions. The legal basis is the steps taken at your request before a contract.

Retention

Quote request details are kept for 3 years after the last contact, then deleted.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, and you can object to its use, by writing to the contact address above. You can also complain to the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).
